The 2010 season will be Ashley's 4th season with the Explorers and second as the X's Assistant General Manager. She graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Advertising and Sports Management.
Ashley worked for the Explorers during the 2004 season as a Promotions Intern and followed that up by working with the St. Paul Saints in 2005. Before joining the Explorers on a full-time basis, she worked with the United States Olympic Committee and USA Wrestling, as the Development Intern in 2006.
