2009 Summer Internships Promotions Internship (2 positions) Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: - Provide exceptional customer service - Coordinate scheduling of pre-game events and in-between inning activities - Assist with special promotions, theme nights, player-fan interactive events - Prepare props for game execution - Putting giveaway items at the gates and keeping track of them - Proactively selling ticket packages and groups - Assist in establishing a family-oriented atmosphere at all games - Assist with all events during game time - Other duties as assigned by the Assistant General Manager & General Manager Qualifications: - Must be enrolled as a full time student at a college or university. - Ability to function in fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, demonstrate excellent follow-through, and have an understanding of appropriate business etiquette. - Ability to work in a team setting while maintaining a positive attitude. - Must be able to work nights and weekends and able to commit to the entire Explorers home game schedule (May - August). - Strong verbal and written communications skills, well-organized and strong computer knowledge. · January 8, 2009 For more information, contact Ashley Schoenrock
